Shipping

We process and ship all orders as soon as possible, the usual turn around time from ordering to shipment is 5-10 days.
We ship via Canada Post with regular air or ground mail shipping.
For Canada shipping est. 2-9 days
US Shipping est. 4 - 6 business days
international is est 6 days - 6 weeks

We will offer faster shipping or Fed-ex at the customer request and expense.If you are interested in this, please contact us, and we will get a quote for you based on your order.

Returns

For international orders we cannot offer refunds or returns, our apologies, but the shipping times are just way too long and expensive and we'd spend a year trying to get products back and forth. If you are an international customer and you are in some way dissatisfied with something we will find some other way of rectifying the situation.

For US and Canadian orders, you have 30 days from the date of the product being shipped to get any complaints into us.
The only thing we are not responsible for is evil postal worker sabotage. Sometimes postal workers will jam oversize packages into tiny mail boxes, or bend packages that say "DO NOT BEND" on them. That's not our fault and you should go complain to your local post office.

So, if your product is damaged or defective in some way (which is unlikely since we pack everything ourselves and save the gimped products for our own use) then just pop us a quick email (photos help) and we'll fix everything.
