Our turn around time for completing an order is approximately 1 week from receiving your button file, then shipping time (unless you schedule a pick up).
Here are the steps:

1: Download the template and place your images in it:
PSD version
rar version

There are instructions on the templates on how to use them. Some basic photo editing knowledge is required. you place your images and text in the template.

2: Place your order here. the qty is for single buttons. (example: if you filled the sheet of the template, you have 35 buttons)
you will get an order confirmation email with your order number.
Please include any information in the email that is relevant. (example: if you have 2 sheet files and order 105 buttons, tell us if you want 2 copies of one sheet (file name), and one of the other).

If you are picking up at our studio or a convention, please choose the "store pick up/walk in" option in the shop to avoid shipping charges.

3: Reply to the confirmation email you received after submitting your order and attach your image files to the email. Please ensure your order number in the email.

Due to volume we don't guarantee that time frame, especially right before a convention. The sooner you place your order, the more likely it will get done for your event.
