Your information will never be disclosed, sold or given away to anyone for any reason. This includes your email address, mailing adress and cost of work.

Personal Commissions are for personal use only. Works created by me may not be reproduced, sold or altered in any way (or anyone) without my expressed written permission. Copyright of the works belong to me, you are not purchasing the copyrights to any of the works purchased through me. I reserve the right to use scans of the work as examples and to post as display in my portfolios or galleries. I will not make prints of the commissioned work without the customers written permission.
You will recieve the originals of the artwork, however if you are unable/unwilling to disclose your mailing address a hi res file can be sent by email able to be printed at the customers expense.
Refunds with commissioned work is not possible. Sketches are shown, inks and finals and changes can be made at any time. If you fail to notice or request change, I cannot be held responsible.

Payment: I expect full payment at the time the first sketch is shown. In the case of more expensive commissions ($150+) half can be paid up front, and half upon completion, however, the original will not be mailed nor a hi-res file sent until complete payment is recieved.

I can not be held responsible for work lost in the mail as I have no control over the mail service. It's up to you to request insurance or pay extra for special shipping or it will be sent by regular mail. Please also be aware that shipping times vary, some will take longer than others and you have to be patient, and launch a complaint with the postal service if your item arrives damaged. In the unlikely and rare event your work was lost in the mail you may request a Hi-Res file as I make backups of all commissions before mailing.
For your information- Shipping for most packages sent regular mail ring up as "loose stamp sale" on the receipt as they are generally small enough at 8X10 to mail as a letter. If you are going to require a receipt or tracking information that indicates any kind of package shipping you will need to let me know beforehand (at the time of order) and special shipping methods will be arranged at your expense (for in canada that takes shipping up to approx $14 from $5).
